• Mike is a skilled facilitator and has created and led Management and Leadership programmes in a number of sectors
• Mike leads the training for the European Institute of Governance Awards http://www.eiga.eu.com and has recently trained Chairs and senior Board Members from sectors as diverse as industrial gases, the NHS and the financial sector.

Dealing with Evidence
• Across the public sector (Government, Health, Criminal Justice) Mike has developed quantitative and qualitative information systems to support organisations in managing from a sound evidence base.
• Mike has worked with Home Office, Chief Probation Officer and academic staff to develop evidence-based policy approaches. Most recently, he has worked with the Georgian Probation Service to map current practice and review policy for dealing with offenders.
• Mike is skilled in the practical problem solving/A3 methodologies utilised by Lean organisations to drive change

Putting Systems in Place
• Mike is skilled in programme and project management, having cut his teeth on the human and systems interactions of successfully implementing major Information Technology change programmes
• Mike is skilled in Lean philosophy and Lean methodologies and regularly works with ex-Toyota employees to bring these methods to non-automotive, often public sector, industries.
